How to view and manage spent time?

Hi all,
I can’t find info about the “Time Spent” field available to the tester in order to track his time.

What format I have to use? 3h or 3 hours? 1d or 1 day? It seems that there isn’t validation on this field.

There is a place where I can see the spent time of each tester/developer?
